High Fibre, low GI Breakfast Smoothie
- 80 ml raw, uncooked oats
- 250ml fat free milk
- 1 medium banana (remember do not use an over ripe banana, the GI will be higher!)
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Blend all ingredients together in a blender for 45 seconds and enjoy!
